Thursday Station

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

Thursday Station takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit our website, request a quote, or take part in one of our activations at an event, and what your rights are.

Who we are

The controller for the processing described here is Culturers BV, trading as Thursday Station · Planetenlaan 18, 5527 CJ Hapert, the Netherlands · KVK 42113735 · info@thursdaystation.nl · +31 6 51797708.

Booking and quote requests

When you fill in the booking form we receive your name, email address, phone number, company name, event details (date, location, times, number of pieces, items of interest) and any message you add.

We use this only to respond to your request, prepare a quote and plan your event. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in following up on business enquiries.

We keep this data for as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, and no longer than 2 years after our last contact, unless we are legally required to keep it longer (for example invoices, which we keep for 7 years).

Guest photos and data at events

At our stations, guests may take a photo or enter their name or answers to create a personalized piece. This data is used only to create that piece.

Photos are never used to train AI models, never shared beyond the service providers needed to produce the piece, and never sold. All photos and generated images are deleted automatically 30 days after the event.

For AI-generated pieces, the photo is processed by an AI service provider acting on our instructions under a data processing agreement.

Analytics and advertising

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, and Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to booking requests. Without consent, these tools only receive anonymous, cookieless signals. See our Cookie Policy for details and to change your choice.

Service providers

We use carefully selected providers who process data on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Google Firebase (storing booking requests), Resend (sending booking notifications by email) and Google (Analytics and Ads, only with consent).

Some of these providers are based in or transfer data to the United States. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

To exercise these rights, email info@thursdaystation.nl. We respond within one month. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized access, including encrypted connections and restricted access to stored data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
