Yes. Employees create their own personal keepsake, such as an AI portrait, a printed cap or a piece with a personal line, and take it home. We handle the station, the host, setup and teardown, so there's nothing for you to organize.

Every piece is ready in about a minute, so one station serves up to 60 guests an hour. A short queue is part of the effect, since it's what makes the activation visible from across the floor. For large trade shows and expos we run multiple stations.

Around 2 × 2 m in total. That splits into a 1.5 × 2 m photo booth with our screen, where guests take their photo and design their piece, plus a table or counter for the printer where we hand out the items. You can provide the table, or we bring our own.

For power, one standard outlet is enough. We split it into three from there. We also need a stable WiFi or ethernet connection.

Yes. For Predesigned you approve every design before the event. For AI you approve the styles, prompts and sample outputs first, so guests only ever get something you already signed off on.

We're fully GDPR compliant. Photos are used to create the piece the guest takes home, and nothing else. They're never used for training, never shared, and never sold. Everything is deleted automatically 30 days after your event.

Yes. Event managers, in-house marketers and agencies are all welcome to book.
